Image and Video/Audio Recording Waiver

We recognize the need to ensure the welfare and safety of all students taking part in any activity associated with EMA. We will not permit photographs, video or other images of our students to be taken without the consent of the students and the parents/guardians of our students. I also understand that no royalty, fee, or other compensation shall become payable to me by any reason of such use. When you click yes, you agree to the Image and Video/Audio Recording Waiver.

We photograph and videotape recitals, student performances, and lessons occasionally. These images may be shown on our EMA website, YouTube, print publications and social media.
